A canon compliant "What if" AU
Decades passed Joenie is still stricken with grief at the loss of his husband. Their time together was too short and stolen away by his responsibility to act as the new god War. Joenie prefers the the title Revolution, though the name changes little about the work that must be done.

 

Now in the modern era and in possession of a power Joenie is still learning to control, Joenie decides to test an ability. The Old God of War was known to have the power to raise the dead for her armies. These undead soldiers would fight for her and serve her, only resting once they had completed their mission. Joenie believes he can use this power to bring Pecan back.
